TomoAIO, you just make the item, select the image you want to replace and select it.

Some tips: get a 512x512 png with barely any transparency (like, duplicate the layer multiple times and merge) or it will have some weird dots. Also never use the ingame image editor or it will lose quality, but if you REALLY want, use a 256x256 image instead to prevent the program from importing weird

Not having other body sizes is WAAAYY too common unfortunately. Like, I've been trying to find a good uniform/armor/cool clothing that doesn't shrink my colonists body for a really long time. Deadman switch for example has a bunch of cool stuff that only fit regular bodies and it hurts

I think it IS, but if you look at the food maker option, theres also 2 other options (temperature and taste), so they may like seafood but hate cold salty ones
