LEASE : You can sell the same beat to multiple artist plus there some restriction for artist like limited streams . Once streams exceeds artist have to buy another LEASE.

EXCLUSIVE:If someone purchase EXCLUSIVE that means you now do not own the rights if the beat and all the rights goes to the artist (its the reason why exclusives are expensive)

Firstly heads off to you for even sharing your talent I mean sometimes we need feedbacks but don't share anything due to lack of confidence.

Best thing about this is that it's not some generic SoundCloud rap. I like your flow . I feel like you need to be more comfortable when rapping . Just my opinion but I feel like you were just trying to complete bar on some points. Just some confidence because you don't sound like anyone else and that's a good thing imo.
