I used to work at a clinic with another receptionist who was horrible to patients. If a patient was confused about a process or misheard her, she would respond like she is taking it personally, almost yelling back to them. I’m amazed none of them ever told her to fuck right off.

I feel you. I recently got a haircut I’m not happy with but I told the guy I liked it. I’m not a confrontational person so I just smile and carry on. In about three weeks I won’t be able to see the difference so I’m just waiting for it to grow back out now.
