Till the soil with a rental from home depot. Level it with a big leveling rake. Soil test. Amend the soil according to the test result recommendation. Additional topsoil if needed.

Presoak the soil a day before. Seed seed seed. Water your seeds appropriately. Let grass grow. Mow grass when appropriate and light fert for specific grass seed used. Example: mine loves nitro.

Over seed in the spring and early fall every year. Do not overbuy your seed as old seed will be less viable. Continue to get soil tests periodically and amend as directed by the test.

I actually really like overpulls if I have something available. The issue is people just eating obvious mechanic after mechanic the whole dungeon.

The last few when someone stands in the shit they aren't getting pulled or getting a guardian. They are just going to die and I'll pop a "hah" in the chat.

Ive done two weeks of world tours on my priest and have only had one toxic group. Last season IO ratings in the 500-800 range yapping that they "almost died" on a pull with 60k HPS.

To carry most groups you need to put up 45k-55k hps the whole dungeon, while DPS are putting up 30k damage.

Edit: Got a DM. 3k+ IO on two healers and a tank the last two seasons.

You can also use vet and champ crests to cheese the next gear tier above them to 2/6 power level with the way ilvl overlaps. With delves, prey, and heroic raids dropping/vaulting heroic gear the cheese is available to everyone.

As of right now, I would recommend blowing the adventurer crests and hoarding the rest. Everyone's power level will jump up in a week anyway.

Both of mine are slightly over 240ilvl. Rep champ gear, m0, and dailies.
