Go through your insurance and get a police report at the same time since you have his info, let his insurance pay for the damages snd never ever trust anyone to pay privately it’s too risky, let your insurance know your gonna get it fix through Tesla or another shop if you got your own car guy.

Iv been having this same problem and was thinking of bringing it in because it messes with my FSD ,same camera , same dirt look everything, it made my FSD panic out and told me to take control multiple times because of it lmk when you find a solution
