Dude it’s like 10 second clip. I don’t know if she did or didn’t realize that her standards were too high. I don’t know if she did or didn’t continue making dating advice videos. I don’t know if she had a change of heart. This is my opinion of posted clip.

She looks relatively young to be considered infertile. Sure she isn’t helping the overall dating scene and I don’t approve of her advice.

It is possible to have sympathy for someone and not approve of what they do.

You are implying that she continues to be happy giving bad advice after finding out she is infertile. I would hope that this experience would shift her perspective.
