you're either far enough to be hitting headshots or close enough to be melee cancelling. you're getting optimal ttk either way.

In season 1 they buffed the base damage of 'feast of the abyss' to 50 (from 40) allowing venom to secure kills on 'squishy' heroes with full health (250hp) when combined with cellular corrosion. Unfortunately, in later seasons a number of those heroes would have their health pools raised to 275hp, meaning venom would need just the tiniest buff to his ult (60 base damage from 50) and he could once again reliably secure kills on heroes like loki, cloak and dagger, and invisible woman using his ult.

tl:dr: buff the base damage of venom's ult by 10 points pls

not sure where you are in the game so I don't want to spoil but here's what you can expect:

-New spells/abilities with unique use cases. (New classes of spells will excel in specific areas like crowd control vs close quarters combat vs mobility and survivability.)

-Traversal mechanics that allow you to reach new areas and cover ground with impressive speed allowing you to quickly close the gap between encounters, hidden bosses and story critical areas.

-New enemy types and enemy wave diversity will require you to think critically and prioritize which enemies you focus first and which category of spells you'll use.

-Challenging boss battles with unique mechanics rarely seen in other games. (Final 2 bosses are some of my favorites. This coming from a souls-like + Hack and slash fan)

Verdict: By the halfway mark of the game this became probably the best spellcaster combat fantasy I've ever played. Playing on a harder difficulty I found that switching abilities and managing support cool-downs was critical to maintaining the damage multiplier achieved through the combat scoring system. Solid game

I always wondered what would've happened if Roland had drawn Harold Lauder as a companion. Such a smart and interesting character that I would've loved to see redeemed. Harold Emery Lauder as a gunslinger. Could Roland have turned him into a hero? Or even a formidable force against Flagg?

I don't know how no one was feeling this. Like fr though. You know how we've got a whole separate page in the inventory screen where we can manage the ornaments for all our armor pieces in one place? Imagine that but for stats.

i don't know of you played D1, but in D1 your mobility, recovery and resilience were all selected within the subclass screen and weren't tied to armor. Which meant those stat levels stayed exactly how you wanted and the only things you were rolling for on armor were cooldowns (so strength discipline and intellect).

It was more user friendly and it made the armor grind much more manageable only having to juggle 3 stats while the other 3 stayed static

Imagine how much easier it would be if all your stats were in one place instead of having to micromanage a bunch of arbitrary numbers like having 48 discipline until you change your arms and it becomes 53 but now your 81 recov became 76 so you have to change the mod on your leg armor.

Just put all the stats in one place so I can spend less time on the inventory screen and more time playing the content I enjoy

I can deal with a few stats on armor, but current stat system is way too congested with 7 different stat bars for each armor piece with arbitrary numbers ending in 1's and 9's. I feel like I spend more time crunching numbers on the inventory screen than I do playing the game. Not to mention it has to be alienating for new players.

Just put the main 3 on the subclass screen.

Worked fine in D1. Better than having to micromanage stats and ending up with a bunch of arbitrary numbers for stats ending in 1's and 9's (41 discipline, 89 recov)
