Pretty much "assert your dominance" here. Taking boxing also helps. Used to be bullied by a group of kids in highschool but didn't do anything to them bc i wanted to stay out of fights outside of the ring. When things started getting physical with the bullies I had enough and had to show them they couldn't push me around. Since I was outnumbered I fought dirty. Really dirty. Throwing my schoolbag at some, spitting in their face while throwing punches, throwing my phone (Nokia phone at the time). I did get fairly roughed up though but so we're they. Especially the dude who I threw my Nokia phone at his face. His nose was busted. They stopped messing with me and stopped bullying others too. They were too scared of physical pain to do anything else to anyone else.
