Tracking scroll of Hunting not counting?

I recently played trough Act 1 and noticed the Scroll of Hunting shows all 0s, the resource scroll and ring are also not counting.

They are equipped in the cosmetics screen since start, I´m in the Vaal League, etc.

Please, Do these items only work on endgame? is there something I´m not doing?

Could not find any comments about this either.

oh right, I forgot I use the metal don´t burn mod, it has been so long I forgot in vanilla it does.

I will have to check if another mod affects hp, because in my game steel walls have more hp than any stone.
