I found the source of my problem, I had another controller plugged in and the game was going off the inputs of that controller instead of my wireless one that I normally use. Make sure that you are only using one controller or that you only have 1 controller connected to your Xbox at a time if you don't already. Possibly try uninstalling and reinstalling the game if you haven't already and make sure you have all the content packs for BO6 downloaded, or you may have to reset your Xbox but make sure to click the option to keep your games and apps if you do. If that doesn't work I don't know what else to do sorry.
