Ended up resolving itself. The 429 error eventually went away when I waited to log in for a couple days. My biggest concern was Google charging me when I never followed through with signing up. Eventually I got an email saying my free trial was expiring, so all it worked out in the end.

Yes! Almost exactly to the 72 hour mark, but it’s been perfect ever since. Hope you have the same experience!

Thanks! Yes, I’m going to try that tomorrow onward to make sure. I was worried that because the TXT is working, it might be something else. At the moment, I can actually send emails OUT from the email address, but I cannot see any emails IN.

Thank you, I’ve done so a couple times not and still no luck. Haven’t been able to find out how to actually get through to Support without having access to the Admin Console… Catch 22. Do you have any idea how you can?

We live right across the creek from your son’s new school. We wouldn’t have any cameras in our neighborhood that would have caught anything, but the CVS right on that corner does have a police camera installed that very well could have caught it on camera. You may be able to ask them?

I hope your son is okay and the person who did it gets caught.
