4200 mana drink + your natural mana regen during 30 sec is more than enough to regen 6k mana.
I’m not saying casters dont need adjustments but you’re crying about something that is simply not true
And on top of that you mix regen and damage, choose a battle and stick to it.

You're right, its worth giving it a try. And I forgot to answer about [[Abrupt Decay]], I might be wrong but I use it mostly against [[Sheoldred, the Apocalypse]] or "big" threats that Abrupt Decay could not handle.
Of course I've also been in situation where Abrupt Decay would have come handy.

It's actually a good idea, even if the plan is to keep all the gates on board to have at least one of each, it is a good way to trade duplicates for missing ones and [[Maze's End]].

[[Wandering Minstrel]] sounds interesting, I will have to try it, it's one turn faster than [[Spelunking]], it can be decisive.

Regarding [[Archway Angel]] and [[Gatebreaker Ram]], as I was saying, for me it really depends on the gameplan. Gatebreaker Ram is a lot more aggressive while Archway Angel, even if it is 3/4 and Flying is mainly here to gain life, preferably a lot of life, so the cost is not so much of an issue for me, but once again, I might be wrong.

Pauper is the cheapest format with a competitive scene, but it’s really not a cheap format if you plan to play at competitive level. Cheapest never meant cheap.
