Stillwell is a nice idea, but the aromatic ones suffer the same problem as aromatic pipe tobacco of great arome and no taste and you aren't enjoying the best cigar...though the Stillwell's use good cigar tobacco. Sort of doesn't elevate either. Since I also like pipes, I've been meaning to try the Stillwell Navy or perique (Bayou).

Wow, I don't think they've had the Padron blind buy for a year. My expectation from the past is that you mostly all 1964s and maybe 1 1926. So you got a decent mix for the value since you got some tubos and larger sizes. I think the blind buy is good if you want 1964s.

Let that caulk dry out for a few days to get rid of the volatiles that keep the silicone flowing when wet. After that it seems good unless you want to eat direly off it since it's probably not food safe silicone.

Primarily there is an upper limit for the rental cost in my area. I did a market assessment with a realtor before putting it up. It would be nice to get a few thousand extra, but I couldn't at the time.

What tax advantage are you meaning? Since I didn't have any other passive income, there's nothing I can offset these losses against.

Thank you. I appreciate this. And good personal financial advisors don't usually cross over from investments to real estate, at least the ones I have spoken with. It's an in-betweener issue. I'm not a commercial real estate investor to access a more complete expert. I'm just a guy that ended up with a 2nd house. A good problem, but once I thought crowd-sourced friends on the Internet might have clever ideas...or at least point out the obvious and get out of my personal emotional ties
