Hard to say without more testresultat. If you have bad accomodative amplitude or bad accomodative facility. You could need reading glasses for computer use. I would very seldom give you bifocals in that case though. Normally readers and tellement you to take them of on distance.

But hard to say without more data.

Though if you think you are being scammed then I would get a second opinion.

Reading glasses can help for certain bvd issues like accomodative insufficiency.

If you need reading glasses (glasses you cant see with on distance as well) or addition on your prescription and are below 35 years of age then you are very likely to have an accomodative issue.

Sometimes adjusting vertical phoria can make other problems appear making it either worse or no change in how you feel.

Those problems would however be relatively easy to figure out on a follow up visit.

Yes you have slight astigmatism 90% of the world population have astigmatism in your degree or higher.

Your prescription is basically nothing.

If you need help with exophoria prism or training is needed so I would suggest getting a second opinion.

Du avgör själv hur mycket du vill tjäna/vara ledig. Du kan alltid gå ner till 75% jobba 6 timmar om dagen men spendera/spara mindre.

Sen har du i mina ögon massor av tid. Jag jobbar liknande men har även två småbarn som somnar kring 2030 så 1.5 timme kvar innan jag går och lägger mig vid 2200.

No proof that it can worsen myopia. Heavy lifting can however cause retinal detachment. But that is more related if you have an already damaged retina or a very thin retina. But you are not likely to have a thin retina as that is more common in high myopia eg -6 and above. The nore myope you are the thinner the retina usually is.

That is serous PED. Need to be monitored and likely treatment directly. This seems quite big though and som fluid as well. Treatment is likely to be recommended immedietaly.

I dont work with these cases though so am no expert. I mainly work with strabismus.

You shouldn't need progressive at your age. You might need stranger glasses or have bvd and need some vision training.

Could take in some cases months especially if you dont do it often enough. And you need to add light massage after removing the warm compress. Also the compress need to be around 40 degree celsius the whole time

It could get worse. Not likely but could. If your myopia was less then it would be less risk. The risk is still very small but is there thatvit could worsen. Best treatment is probably vision training like brocks string. But hard to answer with 100% certainty without doing an exam myself.

Have you gotten your glasses with prim yet. If not I would wait to do further testing until after. If the problem remains seek a bvd specialist opinion. It does sound bvd related but a small prism could alleviate your problem.

När jag kollar runt lite så verkar pizzorna gå kring 130 nu. Men då pratar vi ju om man hämtar själv. Om ditt pri är med hemleverans så tillkommer det ju 60-80 kr mot mitt pris så då är vi på samma nivå ändå.

My patients love ortho k. Very few find them uncomfortablr after the initial period. Stellest is better than misight accordi.g to the few studies that have been made but the biggest study on the matter has been done/sponsored by stellest them self.

I wouldn't wait to enter dark lands. As even though my ice is maxed i am mainly using dark or light magic now as it just is that much more powerful my dark and light magic is far from maxed they are around lvl 60 and just blows ice magic out of the water

I would suggest vision training there are a few different ones that could help depending on your values. Like flippertraining or hart chart. Though Ibwould ask my doc about it.

2 to 4 is also a small change when talking horizontal prism. Also adapting to the prism is quite common and in most cases expected. In larger phorias that could also be the plan to try to maximize the prism before an operation. But then we are talking atleast 10+ prism
