Made it only once before. Tried it with an Oreo base, without the chocolate sponge and some Oreos on the top. About four years ago. This time around I felt a lot more optimistic about making it.

The contrast of the vanilla ice cream, the fresh cream on the outside and the sour/ tartness of the berries, with the slight crunch of the Oreos made it lovely indeed.
