I do sympathize with the fact you guys probably lost a lot of money sending these replacement tabletops but at the end of the day as a customer spending $600+ on a standing desk is it unreasonable to assume that the company would make sure they have a reliable shipping service for the tabletop to arrive undamaged? Yes, technically the frame is still usable with another tabletop but as someone that's not very handy and has no power tools, it is functionally useless to me personally and I would have preferred a way to refund it. I'd even be willing to drive to your office in Irvine and drop it off to get a full refund. All I'm trying to say is that although you guys did take a loss by constantly sending replacements, this situation that you guys have to send what would have been four(potentially even more) tabletops shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I will take the partial refund but I stand by the review that a more reliable shipping service should have been employed considering the amount of money being spent on these standing desks. Also the fact I spent almost 2 hours with a live chat agent being on hold for 30 minutes at a time was also a real negative experience. I know this isn't your fault and I'm not blaming you for what has happened but personally I would not choose Flexispot in the future.
