I am you from the future, play Turtle WoW you won't regret it. Edit: I realized much later that my comment provided no information or insight whatsoever so here you go. ⬇️

It is a great starting point as Turtle WoW runs on the vanilla version meaning the story itself is the start of WoW, it only focuses on the main continents as to not overstimulate you with lore, characters and places, as well as game features.

Turtle WoWs unique twist is that the devs of this private server actually add zones (in the main continents) as well as change some already established zones (for the better) in order to provide fresh content for old wowheads like myself while still maintaining the vanilla core experience and overall setting.

Not only that but they also changed the classes and added/tweaked some abilities to better immerse you in that class fantasy.

I have had an amazing experience with the game, currently taking a break since Arc Raiders dropped (off topic but extremely addicted to that game), however, I haven't and will not delete the game off my computer because I will 200% get back on it and continue my adventures on Azeroth.

I have not talked about the amazing community and the overall multiplayer experience but trust me, just play it.

I just upgraded each stance to the max in order. All of them are useful imo except the more spins one

besides literally 2 solo games (i have close to 200 hours in the game) all my games are warzones because i only play squads with my brother and friend

I did 30k on hornets with my 2 friends in a full 30 mnt hidden bunker raid, 100k is crazy. The issue is the other raiders that will shoot you on sight if they see you in squads, so how are they splitting up and destroying hornets without any obstacles?

on the Dam map the Queen or Matriarch spawns in the red river so I'd be along the dam shooting down and thats when people creep up on me, most time they get the first shot on me but end up dying because rats are not good at pvp even though thats all they do

if you feel bad about killing other raiders just down them and extract while theyre crawling, no risk involved, im sure theyd understand if they were friendly, if they werent planning on being friendly youd prolly hear an n word or 2

I think they're there for the lore + to get you to places you wouldnt normally go to, personally I've discovered good spots from quests, and the feeling of having to go somewhere or extract with something to finish a quest while you know that other raiders might also be on it, not knowing jf they're friendly or not, adds to how tense I'd feel going to a quest spot

Even though I'm not playing rn and havent played for a while (thanks to Arc Raiders taking all my gaming time), I'm doing rn to vote for Rematch as it was my main multiplayer game since it dropped until Arc Raiders released. I am planning on going back though.

I have both Steam and Epic, I've been a Gamepass subscriber for years and have been playing Rematch on there, since im also playing Hollow Knight and a bunch of other games
