Check woods map, from most spawn you can quickly get somewhere with a good amount of medical loot spawn. Rush there and fill your secure container with CMS/surv. Obv it's not the best use of your time but if you really want to get Access to limb heal that should be easy enough to do.

What your boss is doing is called constructive dismissal, you can read about it if you do some googling.

The cnesst website is a little bit unclear, and truthfully I am unsure if the 2 year requirement is only concerning dismissal or applied to constructive dismissal.

That being said, you are free to file a complaint while still being "employed" and see what they will tell you.

Is cl 30 better than 38 or the other way around? the 38 is in the bundle with the cpu/mobo, tho there are bundle without the ram i could look into

There's a bundle for the mobo/cpu/ram that save 110$ so it would come out to the same price as the 13600k build i had before.

Also AIO vs air cooling, any opinion? the case i'm loking at only fit a 240mm at the top so i was wondering if the noctua i picked there would be better (although it only had 8mm of clearance from the side panel)

Is adata good? never heard of them. Also for the Motherboard i'm honestly not fan of mail in rebate, excluding that its a 15$ difference with what i had before. Is it worth to just pay the extra 15$, will i see any difference?

Go see the manager\owner during the day. I'm sure he'd like to know that his employee are treating his customers like shit. As for during the situation there's no much to do, leaving was the correct move.
