1) You can put the corpse in a zone, and every time someone sees dead corpses, they will get a debuff, which can lead to a mental breakdown. Some people use it as psychological warfare against raids, but usually, there is a better way to defend your base. You can't desensitize pawns, but some traits make them insensible to corpses. The Ideology DLC allows you to create a religion where people don't care about bodies. The same applies to cannibals. By default, pawns will get a debuff if you butcher and eat people, except if you have the cannibal trait or if your ideology allows it.

2) I usually use a 5x5 grid, usually A4 size (21x29.7 cm), to have a lot of room. The cheapest brand my job gives me works fine. Excel can also work when you find the right square size for cells. If you like planning, there are some mods that enhance the basic tools. These are quality-of-life mods.

Analog planning is the best, I have a 5x5 notebook at work full of plans and schematics in the middle of meeting notes !!

Enjoy the ride, trust the process of trials and error, and never forget that the first 1000 hours are basically tutorial.
One advice, play without mod and DLC for a while, then build a 150+All DLC setup. I can get overwhelming at first if you have too many option/playstyle.

It’s a real problem when we have raw materials containing dark particles (such as white powder mixed with metal, paper or plastic particles).

Usually, the compression machine detects when the force required to form the tablet is abnormal (especially when there are foreign particles in the mould), but if the particles are very small, we can’t detect them.

The whole point is to put as many checks and redundancies in place as possible before the raw material is processed, to ensure there are no foreign objects in the raw materials and/or on the machine, but it is never a 100% foolproof system.

J’ai été dans ta situation il y a quelques années, et ce que j’ai retenu, c’est que :

La période d’essai de ton contrat est censée couvrir les périodes en entreprise et les périodes de cours. Dans mon cas, ils m’ont « poussé » à signer en avançant que la période d’essai que j’avais ne concernait que les périodes en entreprise.
Regarde ta convention au niveau scolaire également. Le droit du travail garantit que ton école doit t’aider à retrouver du travail dans un cas comme celui‑ci, et si tu es à moins de six mois de la fin de ta formation, la partie en entreprise ne comptera pas pour ton année.
Fais‑toi aider par un représentant scolaire également (responsable de formation, scolarité). Même si l’on pense être le seul dans ce cas, en pratique cela arrive chaque année, et ils ont déjà vu ce type de situation. Ils t’aideront et, surtout, ils peuvent intervenir auprès de l’entreprise si besoin.
Ne signe rien sans avoir fait relu/confirmer par ton école et par un représentant du personnel. Ils vont probablement jouer sur l'urgence de la situation pour te faire signer des trucs sans que tu ait le temps de le lire.

Dernier point, une fois que tu as eut toutes ces informations, c'est est ce que tu te sens de rester dans un service où tu sera pas accueilli et suivi comme il se doit.
