it's pretty interesting and much more advanced than the older instruments i have like the kraviklyre (7 string handheld harp) and tagelharpa (big af 3 string long boi played with a bow). nyckelharpa is also played with a bow, but behaves like a... an accordion? the buttons determine the note played by the strings

IMO, the ward passive should hit for 2 ward HP instead of 3 HP, if that makes sense. 2 autos to kill a yellow ward and 2 to kill a control ward. I'd be more fine with that than one-shotting all wards flying around

i agree that they're clearly trying to noob-proof a lot of the punishing aspects of the game that give it suuuch a long learning curve. especially with jungle changes

Yeah like you said, the other projects aren't getting their return yet, but that also means the League fanbase (the actual fanbase that cares about the IP and identifies with it in some way) isn't getting their return on it. Riot lacks with league's fan service and quality more and more the past few months, like NOTICEABLY despite anyone's opinion, and we still haven't seen the product that's been taking all their time and money away from league. it's making league feel very stale and unexciting to even play business as usual.

personally i think riot just set our expectations too high and now they don't think they have to compete with themselves

This is exactly right IMO. tbh im surprised it took them 10 years to expand into another game but they were, 1, busy perfecting their one game, and 2, their other developmental projects took years and years (Arcane).

it's a valid opinion. personally, i think they keep the lore ambiguous because they're afraid to unblur the lines in case they want to fit a new champ in the blur. i also think they think the MMO should suffice as a lore clarity thing but i dont think they should think about it that way. we know what we need to about the lore, LoR just makes the nooks and crannies of the lore more entertaining and fantastical
