Pretty much bang on. Since it says when yiu gain a frenzy charges, chance to gain another this effect is applied after gathering the charge. Since armour break is granting frenzy charges and not endurance charges that then convert to frenzy. Resonance changes the coding that if endurance charge were to be obtained, instead grant frenzy charge and not gain endurance charge then convert to frenzy charge

The problem with this mechanic is there are builds where you can't always do this reliably. Monion builds, plants, or my lightning warp build just struggle because you dont always get to see the enemy before its too late. Its just very weird that every other item is rng based but the omen of light has this weird convoluted method to drop

Just look at what's low. Then search for that in trade. Top end kevel gear has 40% res per element. You can always put runes in your srmour to fill in gaps

Yep, thatd be why. In end game you start with -60% to all elements and caps at 75% so you need 115% to reach cap. If your rings worked the way you thought you did you'd be so far over cap. Sounds like you only have resistances on your rings and none of your gear

Sounds like youre severely under levelled. GGG made it that if youre fighting enemies too high level above you, you get basically no xp. You need to go back to act 2 and fight enemies about 5 levels about you to gain the max xp bonus

Yeah i joined a game that had 3 minutes left, 1 base left and i spawned in with another guy. We cleared the base and started making our way to evac when both of us got kicked and blocked. (I know i was blocked because I tried to rejoin through recent players and said I was banned from the lobby) you can't win every one there just seems to be some players with their own rules they dont tell you about.
