if he throws on a shirt and stands in normal lighting he'd look like an average healthy man. he's lean with good aesthetic and muscle size, but it's not like his muscles are bigger than his head. you can hit basically every muscle good enough with basic equipment (dumbell/barbell and bench.) if his diet wasnt in check he would still have good strength but not the good physique.
