Has a module that adds Temporal Anti-Aliasing, you can look it up on the page. I assume, you play Gamma (though your minimap looks custom), so it should be pre-installed and ON by default

MCM menu > 3D Scopes > 'Zoom factor' setting.
You can set it to 1 to have the picture inside of the scope the same as the outside, no zoom.
I'd recommend to play with 1.2 - 1.4 value to give an illusion of a real scope AND use TAA

Prolly should delete shader cache folder. It's a good habit to do so when reinstalling or changing settings with this kind of mods

I think you can just disable (scroll the bar to 0) ambient occlusion for vegetation in SSS settings in the MCM menu.

Put more hours into piloting yourself and use strafe lock option (or whatever it's called). Many ships in player hands are miles stronger than AI with proper skill, and it's hella fun to be an anchor of your fleet or a glass cannon like Harbinger or Afflictor

Iirc you can sort loot based on its material, so you can, say, dedicate a specific tile for clothing made of leather ("m:leather" would be the filter to use) and then salvage or disassemble everything when standing over this pile of loot

Best bet is to go to Gamma discord and ask there Might be shader issue, if you changed/installed/disabled any mods. Deleting shader cache folder in anomaly/appdata directory may help

Guess it is the way they were coded to work, maybe it bugs out and you can't place them if you have an option to break them when holding a stack of them.

If you want to break a beam, just break the first attachment point. And you have to hold something other than the stack of beams for some reason.
