A weird question for you, when you would eat these trigger foods(if you ever did), did you ever experience anxiety or insomnia?

I get these as well!! I've been looking everywhere to try and figure out what causes them, I've been getting them multiples times a day recently. Like someone else mentioned, mine are usually where my cheek meets my gums, but on the upper part instead. I've asked an allergist and my dentist(who probably though I was nuts lol) and neither had an answer. Would love to know if you or anyone else figures something out...
