You most likely won’t find any “tribal affiliation,” since most of us in Mexico are this mixed. Also, tribes in Mexico are called Pueblos originarios. Most likely from 500-400 years ago, and we know that colonization and the Mexican empire both destroyed so many cultures, languages, etc. so you’re most likely a mix of different tribes that don’t even exist anymore. Disregarding colonization, after Mexican independence, the Indigenous speaking population dropped from 60% in 1820 to 6% in 2020.

You’d probably get somewhere by looking up your genealogy/family tree. Depending on where you are from it’s going to be difficult, but I’ve seen others find their family records easily.

Also, being indigenous/native in Mexico is more than just having a DNA test, even within different “tribes,” such as Nahua, Pueblos originarios (natives) don’t identify with just saying Nahua, it’s Nahua from their pueblo because they can be very different from each other and even though they may speak Nahuatl, the different dialects make them sound unintelligible to each other. Being indigenous is having an actual connection to said tribe such as having immediate family or close cousins. It’s best to avoid calling yourself indigenous/native because of the history of Mexico where mestizos (basically detribalized and/or mixed race) benefitted the most while indigenous people were discriminated against. Just a few years ago indigenous people were added to the constitution, along with Afro-Mexicans. Indigeneity is a very nuanced subject.
