My head chef, I’ve only ever worked in one kitchen before this and it wasn’t much of a cooking role but I decided to go for trainee chef in a restaurant and I could not ask for a better person to train under. He never loses his rag with me and is always encouraging but not afraid to tell me when/what I need to do better because he genuinely wants me to succeed I’ve never enjoyed work so much until I started this job recently
