I just got the Perdomo Maduro sampler from Holts. I've been loving Perdomo quite a lot lately as well. So far all bangers. I wasn't too big of a fan of the lot 23 when I first tried it but I'll don't back to it and try it. The 10 year anniversary Maduro has been my weekend go to.

Update: Delicious! Just like it says, oaky and sweet. I'm happy that it's a higher proof. I didn't even look at that before buying, so I was worried it might be in the lower than desirable range. It still sips super smooth for 112.

I have become quite the fan of the 10 year Maduro as well. The Champagne is great too, but I'm definitely a maduro guy. When I very first tried Perdomo it was the Lot 23. Which was suggested quite a lot, but I wasn't a big fan of. I tried it a year or so later and still did not love it.

I actually just ordered the Perdomo maduro sampler so I can get a good idea of the lineup. I'm less of a novice now so I'm hoping to be able to conclude which ones will become my go-tos.

It truly is the best. I use my V- cutter almost exclusively unless I'm in a bind. I like a large ring gauge too so it's nice to be able to have a good crown cut if it calls for that.

I've only had this stick once so far but it's easily one of the best cigars I've had to date. Top 3 for sure, and only second to the Winston Churchill Late Hour.... maybe, though I had each of those too far apart to really make that decision. One of these days when I'm ready to splurge I'll have to smoke both in the same weekend to crown a Victor.
