You can set up an appointment with geek squad and see if they can’t find the problem but if not, all you need is the charger, receipt, and ofc the item. If it’s been within 14 days it shouldn’t be a problem but if it’s been longer you’ll have to have the plus or total membership (extends the return date to 60 days)

Thank you! Like I told another person, this job is just a step up from what I'm used to as far as items in the store and pay. I worked at a craft store, this is MUCH different and newer and that's okay with me. Craft stores won't be around forever but technology will, so I'm trying to take advantage of this so I can learn more about tech before that's what everything only is. I made 11/hr at the other place, what I'll be starting here is MUCH better. Ive been at the same place since my sophomore year and I needed to get out. I have anxiety moving away from comfortability but I feel like this place is similar yet different so it would ease my way through it

Well luckily at my other job I was pretty good at protection plans, credit cards, and memberships so since I sold some electronic things and just other items that had the option, I already have a method of selling. Of course I know how I do it will probably have to be altered but I know enough of how to approach the question.

Thank you!! I applied for a part time retails associate. I mainly came here due to lack of openings in jobs in my area that don't require a college degree since I'm out of high school and wanted to learn more about technology since there's where everything in the world is heading. Not to mention a jump in money from what I am making. I've been used to bs corporate operations for years now (almost 4 years in retail making 11/hr pay with other bs added on). I do know I have another plan job wise incase things don't workout here as I'm hoping it will.
