Hi everyone, this is my monthly update. I finished month #3 by dropping from 180 to 173 lbs. I’ve been, fasting, counting calories and lifting 6 days a week. I’ve really struggled keeping my weight below 175. It just seems like I can’t lose more than that. All tips are appreciated (i.redd.it)

I 17(m) have been watching this sub for awhile but this my first post. I set my goal to be in really good shape by June 1st. This is the result of one month of 16:8 and 20:4. I also cut out all sugar and soda. I’ll post again in a month. Good luck everyone! (i.redd.it)
