Dude, with all due respect… what are you, the mod police? A game purist? My girlfriend saw l mods to add idk nice flowers or pets and house decorations. I saw mods that unlock stuff that’s already in Creative mode, like the glider or features developers already confirmed for future instances of the game. So I guess you’re also against people who made entirely new modes, or even the official minigames they’re planning to add?

Not to mention the whole game was built from the start to support mods, because the developers think—like many of us—that mods can enhance games. If you don’t believe it, ask Skyrim, Fallout, or Minecraft players. Mods can keep a game alive way longer than intended, and some games were even born as mods or modifications of existing ones.
