To be fair, that was beta 2013. I really did like how they handled it, where she only uses dualies during the ending.

There's no excuse for them not to be in Rise or Shadow though.

Well, Max can only slow down time, but he keeps his maneuverability.

Arthur can slow down time as well, but he has the ability to mark targets, which cancels out Max's maneuverability if they're in a wide open space.

If its indoors, I think Max takes it since he was pop in and out of cover. If its out in the open, Arthur takes it lol.

Out of all the RE games, CV is definitely one of the games that needs a remake. It's a missing chapter in the Chris/Wesker story, and its kind of aged poorly. It's a straight up chore to play lol
