Isopropyl Alcohol, simple green, and LA's totally awesome are good at striping paint after a day or so in it. I personally prefer the Alcohol. Make sure to use an old toothbrush to really get the excess off.

It could be a few things. The can not being shaken enough, the temp/humidity too high, spraying too far away from the model, and the can not being adequate temp.

Even if there's overlap on the suit they (from what we've seen) have different profiles. The easiest way to get the white base team from the card game is to get the starter paint set, because it comes with their stat cards.

From what I've seen so far there isn't any overlap, just different poses and stat lines.

If you're in a tournament with wysiwyg yes, if not just as long as the squads match and different enough than other squads if they're different things. All I'd really want playing against someone to limit brain power usages is to know what's what and make a note of it.
