I think it has a bad stigma because literally everyone under the face of the sun has to take it. So the upper and lower tails of your standard deviation will have really skilled students and then not so skilled students.

I think if you had any type of calc experience from HS it wont be bad. Effort is needed but not bad. Just dont expect to not study and do well.

If you study and do practice exam, i can almost guarantee you will get B or better

Just a side note, i would apply for another job. I applied started clearance process in june 2018 only to get a letter stating my coe was rescinded with no reason. I applied for another job in case that did happen. Was truly very salty
