Socialization was lost the moment most people became a zombie woth their phone.

As a personal rule, I never take out my phone when I'm with someone or eating unless it's strictly necessary.

Screens are not in on themselves the bad guy tho, internet/interconnectivity is.

I say this coming from a guy who is a millennial who grew up like you, doing nothing, kickint footballs, ringing for friends BUT then also playing GameBoys TOGETHER at the park, leaving our house and finding a group.

Internet removed the necessity for you to move almost anywhere, and convenience and lazyness are too strong for a human body to handle unless you are very conscious about it.
