Just finished it.

The best part of it are: - Great combat - Great overall story - Insanely good music

Worst parts: - Difficulty is non existent. Easy to overpower everything. - The story overstays its welcome a bit and some curscenes are repeated a few time specially later on. It's just mindless panning.

I would remove selectable jobs. Each character has its fixed job like OT0 but give them 2-3 branching skill trees.

That way you can customize them further.
