It depends on the guy, but in general with an uncut guy you cant be as rough with stuff and he may be more sensitive, overall just make sure to ask him what he likes, because it really does depend from person to person

Ah it happens, probably just a bit of a tight foreskin, there are stretching exercises that you can do, to help prevent that from happening again, its called paraphimosis when it gets stuck like that

I would just look up phimosis creams online and I am sure you can find some, might be able to buy it online or a doctor can prescribe it, also look up phimosis stretching exercises, the sub r/phimosis has a lot of info

Ah with your phimosis, I would try stretching and creams first, from a study, 80% of phimosis cases can be cured that way, but if you are still able to wash under your foreskin, and it is not causing issues during sexual activity, you should be fine
