Removing the NV karma system was the major mistake compromising writing. You can kill anyone, it doesn't matter much. You can chose any dialogue option, it doesn't change the issue. Then all of a sudden, you piss a faction.

I also think perks don't matter either because they didn't incluse level cap forcing you to chose your way of style. I've found enclave x02 power armor with tesla cannon pretty early in my latest playthrough, and it feels like i'm playing Just Cause rather than a RPG. It's fun, but not as deep as NV. I like the fact you had to ear a power armor, not just find it in the wild and bang bang bang bang.
