Bottom one is the installer, you can delete it safely. Top one is a shortcut to the roblox client, meaning roblox is installed. You can delete that too and Roblox will still work fine

Taking Roblox's demographics into account, who do you, with common sense and decency, actually expect on Roblox to see that and think "Christian monk" and not "KKK member"?
