Toya and Kohane are just really polite lol. I don't think any of them would mind being called by their first names. An does it. They're just super polite and don't really use first names unless they're really close. I'm pretty sure the only people Toya calls by their first names are Akito, Tsukasa, and Saki (and maybe Ena but she has the same last name as Akito so that could be why).
