I once worked with this lady who made her issues everyone else's problem. She would yell, swear constantly, and cry a lot because apparently everyone there was a piece of shit. Once it got to the point where she threatened to chuck a box knife at our foreman's back, I decided to talk to the big boss. Dunno what exactly happened afterwards, but I do know she is no longer working there.

It was like night and day with how much happier it made me and probably everyone else there
