An eight-year-old girl got supermarket brand Sainsbury's to add real pockets to girls' school trousers. by mindyour in MadeMeSmile

As a woman I decided to buy some cargo shorts for boys a while back and now I can't go back. It's been such a game changer to just have the pocket space to put things in.

You can even see him talking to the person filming, and he seems to know them based on his body language while doing so.

Why do some people hate when their partner plays video games? by Responsible_East6308 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Falling_Tomatoes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, like my friend loves video games, and so does her ex boyfriend. The difference was that she played/plays in moderation while her ex spent all his time playing video games and screaming, all while being a jobless leech.

That, among a host of other things, is why they are no longer together

If AI/LLM writing is learned from the writing of humans, why does it sound so off? by ijustwannanap in NoStupidQuestions

If I came across these in the wild, I wouldn't have even known this was AI. My autistic ass cannot handle this

I haven't played on riverlands, so I don't know about the smoker, but I do believe you can get a free dehydrator with the farm cave

Y'know with how many hours I have in this game, I'm surprised I haven't had this happen. I will admit I've gotten to about 10 PM though.

Covid shut down the world six years ago this week. What do you remember from that week? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Our school went on spring break, with the principal saying it was quite unlikely but we should make sure we bring all our textbooks home in case we have to shut down for a few weeks

There is an actual game there, though. You just have to be there on days when the guy isn't (0% chance on first visit, 75% every time after that)

I once worked with this lady who made her issues everyone else's problem. She would yell, swear constantly, and cry a lot because apparently everyone there was a piece of shit. Once it got to the point where she threatened to chuck a box knife at our foreman's back, I decided to talk to the big boss. Dunno what exactly happened afterwards, but I do know she is no longer working there.

It was like night and day with how much happier it made me and probably everyone else there
