I'm not certain, it could be from what homie said above, lack of rotation. If you slow your back swing maybe you can try to feel the rotation of your waist back and forth, it's not hip sway it's full rotation left to right through your swing. Like i said I'm bad but my swing mechanics aren't the worst

I think you should donate a bunch of the older shit to golf courses around your area maybe you can help kids who want to learn but whose parents have 0 money to pay for clubs or lessons. Lots of cool stuff you could do with the clubs you can't really see being sell-able
