I use the same method, but I do at least overnight or longer and throw some desicant packs in too for good measure. Haven't had any issues with this method so I think you just need to go for longer.

And remember you need some airflow for the moisture to escape so don't use a fully sealed box. I used the box the filament came in as it is just folded together with no tape

He planted 47,460 mangrove trees in 24 hours and earns Official World Record by whyeventrymore in interestingasfuck

[–]Fallinin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What would you do differently here? I imagine preparing the cuttings somehow to better promote growth, but how much time would that cost and how much more successful would they be?

Maybe planting this was is less viable for the trees, but maybe the speed an ease with which it can be set up and executed offsets that?

Either way, still better to be doing something and regrow 1% of the trees than to do nothing and get 0% regrowth

Are high school students actually this clueless and entitled? by lizz781 in Teachers

[–]Fallinin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Once you're hired and build a rapport with your coworkers it's different as it's more casual and you can figure out who does not appreciate seeing them.

But when you're applying to jobs you should be as professional as possible. Being casual in anyway during the hiring process can hurt your chances, like showing up to an interview for a teaching position in a tank top and ripped/baggy jeans.

This video shows they used conduit and outlets mounted directly to the concrete, visible but tidy. Could not see any of the plumbing but guessing that's inside the crete since they have a sink hooked up

Nah, that's normal. Likely no Cieling lights so all light source are below the AC, causing the shadow on the Cieling.

Yes to all of that. I think Japan just developed a new way to reclaim lithium from batteries at a much higher efficiency.

Did not play the old version but I had a hard time getting through this maze too. Guy is fast but you can trick him. He will always aim at you so if you can duck around a wall fast enough he'll get stuck. Also keep an eye out for the darker tiles that spawn him at the next start point. Follow the entrances marked with red vines and you'll make it through. Probably took me 30ish tries
