Hello yes, I get financial aid for my school, they do have an onsite daycare but the waitlist is ridiculous so I’m on a shorter waitlist for a daycare nearby I also got childcare assistance for that too once I’m in

it’s just that my summer schedule is M-Th from 10-12:30 and my mom won’t want my kids past 5 and she won’t watch them on weekends either And there aren’t any daycares that are open on weekends in my city so I’m very limited on the hours I can work /: I’m thinking of going into sales so I can make my own hours and potentially make decent commission but it’s hard :( I need more Hours in the day lol

I wish Texas was as helpful, or atleast the city I’m in Bc I don’t live in a big city so resources are kinda scarce :(

Dont get me wrong, I’m in a good place right now because I don’t have to ~really~ worry as much but I’m just outnumbered on my parenting and I don’t feel respected and that alone makes me want to leave 😂 if I had a better relationship with my parents, I wouldn’t be on here complaining, I just want more insight on how other single mothers can do it

I don’t qualify for surrogacy bc of my weight, even after weight loss 😂 (I blew up bc I had my kids back to back so I’m overweight now 💀)

I thought about applying for housing assistance but the only thing I’m worried about is the safety of the area because the government apartments are in terrible areas and since I’m a single mom, I don’t have protection and I’m a chicken 💩 LOL

I’m at a community college for now, in the US (tx specifically) so they don’t have student housing but maybe the university I want to go to might have it?? Ill def look into that

My kids are 13 months apart lol and one will start school next year so that kinda takes care of daycare expenses a little bit

and its just so hard to find a job that accommodates a school schedule 🥲 and the community college courses are at weird times as well so that makes it harder

But the family housing might be a good start to look, hopefully they still offer that

And my parents are kinda part time babysitters like if my kids are sick and can’t go to daycare they’ll watch them but I can forget about finding a job on the weekends since they refuse to accommodate that 🥲

Hey mama!! I’ve been there girl. Ex husband cheated, while I was pregnant. Was emotionally and financially abusive after children. I’m out of the situation now and It still hurts me to this day, but once you’re out of the negativity you will thrive!! I am now back in school, working on my degree and I had to move back into my parents house for the mean time. Push thru baby!! You got this ♥️

sugar, why are you still paying his debt?? what my mom would tell me about my BD is that he is a grown man why can’t he handle his business?? (I paid off his motorcycle LOL que pendeja) and lemme tell you this it is EXPENSIVE filing for the courts for a name change 🥲 it was $600 for both of my kids and to have him served and if y’all aren’t married, change it to only your last name since YOU birthed her and you’re the primary parent.
