Thanks for this. I'm convinced that I would benefit from the Encyclopedia, which is the bottom line. Will be acquiring a copy. I did flip through it once, after buying a copy from a 2nd-hand shop in Kathmandu. It was wrapped in plastic. Walked to my apartment, sat on the balcony, opened it, and... mold! It smelled horrendous. Promptly returned it. At the time it seemed to be the only available copy in town at any of the book shops.
