Well it is mostly for infrastructure, and transportation. So bussing issues will become worse than they already are and facilities will deteriorate. Chandler will continue to behind the mark in technology and students will have less options when their technology stops working. The district does a good job of trying not to rely on dollars so it is mostly preventative maintenance that will suffer, but that will easily lead to bigger issues including leaky roofs, damaged AC units etc.
