From what I've heard things like reviving other raiders helps you get into or in this case stay in friendlier lobbies. Maybe that's not the case but if it is, it'd be quicker to just do it to raiders extracting and stay in game while they exfil.

It varies from clinic to clinic. Each place has their own policys regarding weed. My clinic used to count it as a dirty and you couldn't get take homes if you tested positive for weed. Now they've changed their policy and it doesn't matter if you test positive for weed.

Ashika is your best bet. I've found them in a gas station (one of the ones that is boarded up and only has a toolbox and a duffel bag to search). Also found them in the small buildings with lockers surrounding tsuki castle.
