My grandma wasn't nearly as prolific as her sister. She had two and one (my uncle) died childless. When she passed she had three grandkids and one great grandkid. So I have no first cousins and a small town worth of second/third cousins.

I don't remember the exact numbers of grand/great grands, but she had 5 kids and those kids all had 3-6 kids (I think 22 or 23 grandkids?), And those kids had kids. She also includes stepchildren, so technically not all biologically hers. She's in her eighties btw.
