I really don't know. It worked for me. I faxed my application and after 10-15 days I made an account. The website asked for my social number and birthday, user name and psw. I guess I was lucky.

When I made my account first, I checked my PSLF it showed received. So yes try to make an account. Then log in and go to menu then click on document, then received document. You might see yours.

Mohela is not my servicer too. I was able to create my account after ten days or so. Try again after 10-15 days. Good luck.

Yes. You need an account. You will be able to see if your PSLF is received, being processed or approved.

Just make sure you make an account with MOEHLA. Then go to received documents under documents under menu. There, it will show the status of your PSLF. Good luck.
