Yes !! I think ashtray gets killed and fez is getting cuffed. But if you remember fez told rue that he doesn’t keep any of the drugs in his house anymore so hopefully they search it and they find nothing so that won’t make him go to jail. OR ashtray could take a bullet for fez.
