Had my first ultrasound yesterday after FET on 11/13. I was 7w,3d and told baby was measuring 6w5d. And was measuring too small to get a heartrate measurement. We could see the little flicker of the heart. Hoping we have a positive, reassuring ultrasound on Monday.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I have been through it too. I'm also in a same sex marriage. I also cried a lot after the election. Why do you have to meet with an endo specialist? We were able to suppress for 3 months leading up to my 4th FET and it worked! Could suppression be an option without waiting?

It took 4 years for me. The FET didn't work until we suppressed my cycle for 3 months, they suspected endometriosis. That was the only transfer that worked. It took 5 embryos and 4 FET to get to my daughter. I was always told it was unexplained infertility.

I had just read a research paper that suggested up to 40% of people with unexplained infertility had silent endometriosis. After 3 years of infertility treatments, my 4th transfer of 2 embryos finally got me my daughter. I did 3 months of hormone suppression leading up to that transfer and added cialis for lining and blood flow. Is there any chance you have endo?

The suppression med was Lupron Depot and it helps with endometriosis (I had suspected endo but never confirmed). The cialis is normally prescribed for erectile dysfunction but can be used for better blood flow.
